Delete your DailyWellness account and data

DailyWellness has no password account. Your "account" is your place in a Family Circle on our server. You can delete it, and everything the server holds about you, at any time.
In the app (fastest)
- Open DailyWellness.
- Go to Settings and press Delete my family data.
- Press Delete to confirm.
This deletes at once, on our server: your place in every family circle, your name, and the files you sent. If you are the person cared for, the whole family circle is deleted: the medicine list, day summaries, alerts and all its files, and the family members' phones are disconnected from it.
Without the app (by e-mail)
Write to hello@drgaritech.com with the subject "Delete my data". Please tell us the name used in the family circle and the name of the family member who invited you (or whom you invited), so we can find the right circle. We delete it within 30 days and write back when it is done.
What is on your phone and in your Google Drive
- Your own records (medicines, health values, photos, reports) are kept only on your phone. Removing the app deletes them.
- A backup in your own Google Drive is in the folder "DailyWellness Backups". Delete that folder in Google Drive to remove it.
What may remain
- Short crash notes (screen, error, phone model, app version - no names or health data) are deleted automatically after 30 days.
- Google Play keeps its own purchase records under Google's policy.
