Terms and disclaimer
DailyWellness app by DRGARITECH · Last updated 5 November 2026
Before you start
- DailyWellness helps with reminders and keeps your family informed. It is not a doctor and not a medical device.
- In an emergency, call your local emergency number first. "Need help" tells your family - it does not call an ambulance.
- Reminders and alerts need the phone on, charged and online. They can be late or may not arrive.
- Fall detection is experimental. It can miss a fall, or ring when there was no fall.
- Always follow your doctor and the prescription. Check values read from papers against the paper.
By using DailyWellness you agree to these terms. The app shows them on first use and in Settings → Terms & disclaimer. The app shows them in your language too; if a translation differs from this English version, the English version applies.
Not medical advice, not a medical device
DailyWellness is a wellness and reminder app. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any illness, and it does not replace a doctor, pharmacist or nurse. Tips, charts, ranges and reminders are general information only. Always follow the advice of your doctor and the prescription; when in doubt, ask them.
Not an emergency service
In an emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital first. The "Need help" button and fall alerts only send a message to the family members connected in the app. They do not contact an ambulance, the police or a hospital, and nobody at DailyWellness watches these alerts.
Reminders and alerts can fail
Reminders, alerts, location and messages depend on the phone being switched on and charged, on internet and mobile network, on the phone's settings and battery savers, and on outside services such as Google. They can arrive late or not at all. Do not rely on the app as the only way to take medicines on time or to get help.
Fall detection is experimental
Fall detection works from the phone's motion sensors only. It can miss real falls (for example when the phone is not carried) and it can raise an alarm when there was no fall. It is a helper, not a guarantee of safety.
Values read from papers
Values read from lab reports, prescriptions and photos are read automatically on the phone and can be wrong. Check every value against the paper before saving or acting on it. The app shows the values; it does not judge what they mean for your health.
Medicines
Medicine names, doses and times are entered by you or your family. The app does not check doses, interactions or allergies. Same-ingredient notes and stock counts are aids only. Follow the prescription and your pharmacist.
Care stays with the family
The app supports the people who care for you; it does not replace them. Family members connected in the app see the information shared with them and decide what to do with it.
Your data
Most information stays on your phone. What is shared with your family travels through our server only to be delivered and is then deleted; the backup goes to your own Google Drive. You can delete your data at any time. The privacy policy explains this in full.
Subscriptions
Some features may need a paid subscription after a free trial. Subscriptions are bought, renewed and cancelled through Google Play, under Google Play's terms. You can cancel at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
No guarantee
The app is provided as it is, without any guarantee that it will work without errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, the makers of DailyWellness are not responsible for any loss, harm or damage arising from the use of the app, from reminders or alerts that arrive late or not at all, or from information that is wrong.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
